Project Evaluation

Prior to beginning any Weather Barrier Roofing System we will work with the Owner and Applicator(s) to walk the project and write a comprehensive specification. Before scheduled commencement of work we will attend project meetings to review the final specifications and make recommendations on proper methods and procedures related to product application. This meeting usually includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:

  1. Tour representative areas of roofing substrates to inspect and discuss conditions of substrate, penetrations and other preparatory work to be performed.
  2. Review Weather Barrier Roofing System requirements, Weather Barrier Detail Drawings, specifications and other documents, if applicable.
  3. Review required inspection(s), testing and material usage accounting procedures.
